York Road: from Maraekakaho Road to the eastern boundary of Hastings City at Flaxmere.

The Traffic (Mount Herbert County) Notice No. 1, 1974

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Mount Herbert County) Notice No. 1, 1974.
The road specified in the First Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
The Traffic (Mount Herbert County) Notice No. 1, 1973, dated the 5th day of November 1973† under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, which relates to roads situated within Mount Herbert County at Governors Bay is hereby revoked.

FIRST SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Mount Herbert County at Governors Bay:

Governors Bay-Teddington Road: from a point 120 metres measured northerly generally along Governors Bay-Teddington Road from Jetty Road to a point 530 metres measured southerly generally along Governors Bay-Teddington Road from Jetty Road.

SECOND SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Mount Herbert County at Governors Bay:

Governors Bay-Teddington Road: from Sandy Bay Road to a point 120 metres measured northerly generally along Governors Bay-Teddington Road from Jetty Road and from a point 530 metres measured southerly generally along Governors Bay-Teddington Road from Jetty Road to a point 1020 metres measured southerly generally along the Governors Bay-Teddington Road from Jetty Road.

The Traffic (Hutt County) Notice No. 1, 1974

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Hutt County) Notice No. 1, 1974.
The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
So much of the Traffic (Hutt County) Notice No. 5, 1967, dated the 11th day of December 1967† under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, which relates to roads at Otaihanga in the Hutt County, is hereby revoked.

FIRST SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Hutt County at Otaihanga:

Kahu Road, Kokako Road, Makora Road, Otaihanga Road (from Ruru Road to a point 320 metres measured south-westerly and thence south-easterly generally along Otaihanga Road from Ruru Road), Ruru Road, Tara Road, Toroa Road.

SECOND SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Hutt County at Otaihanga:

Otaihanga Road: from Ratanui Road to a point 320 metres measured south-westerly and thence south-easterly generally along Otaihanga Road from Ruru Road.
