Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport
hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Wellington
   City) Notice No. 2, 1974.

2. The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are
   hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed

   declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes
   of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

3. So much of the notice, under section 3 of the Motor
   Vehicles Amendment Act 1936, dated the 23rd day of
   December 1937*, which relates to Grey County at Ahaura,
   is hereby revoked.

SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Grey County at Ahaura:
No. 7 State Highway (Waipara-Greymouth): from the
northern end of the Ahaura River Bridge to a point
200 metres measured northerly generally along the said State
highway from the Ahaura-Kopara Road.
Ahaura-Kopara Road: from the No. 7 State Highway
(Waipara-Greymouth) to a point 200 metres measured
easterly generally along the said road from the said State
highway.
Station Road: from the No. 7 State Highway (Waipara-
