Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims that the road described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby closed and added to the land held for a quarry, described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Declaring Land Taken, Subject as to Part to a Building Line Restriction, for Drainage Purposes in the City of Manukau
