be a Government Road and to be Stopped

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of
Works and Development hereby (a) declares the piece of
road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government
road, and (b) stops the said road.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road situated in Block VI, Kerikeri Survey
District containing 8.6 perches adjoining or passing through
Lot 88, D.P. 24827; as shown on plan M.O.W. 27724 (S.O.
47483) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works
and Development at Wellington and thereon coloured green.

Amending a Declaration Taking Land for Road in Block VI,
Norsewood and Block V, Takapau Survey Districts,
Dannevirke County
Pursuant to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928,
the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends
the Declaration dated the 12th day of June 1973, and
published in Gazette, 21 June 1973, No. 59, at page 1162,
declaring land taken for road in Block VI, Norsewood
and Block V, Takapau Survey Districts, Dannevirke County,
by omitting from the Schedule the area of land containing
2 roods and 11.3 perches fourthly described therein and
substituting the land described in the Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods and 11.3 perches
being part Suburban Section 136, Norsewood, Block VI,
Norsewood Survey District.

Declaring Land Taken for Street and the Use, Convenience
or Enjoyment of a Street in the City of Hamilton
Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928,
the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares
that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered
into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is
hereby taken for street and the land described in the Second
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience
or enjoyment of a street and shall vest in the Mayor,
Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Hamilton from and
after the 4th day of April 1974.
