Opua Railway; thence westerly and south-westerly along the
boundary of the inner area of the Auckland Metropolitan
Drainage District as described in the Third Schedule of
Section 4 of the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage Act 1960,
to a point in line with the southwestern side of Munroe
Road; thence along a right line across Metcalfe Road to
and along the boundary of the inner area of the Auckland
Metropolitan Drainage District as described in New Zealand
Gazette, 1969, p. 1714, to the point of commencement.
All that area in the North Auckland Land District, City of
Manukau, in Blocks IX and X, Otahuhu Survey District,
bounded by a line commencing at the southernmost corner
of Lot 16, D.P. 61861, thence proceeding southerly along
the eastern boundary of Lot 5, D.P. 55319, to and south-
westerly generally, along the right bank of the Pukaki Creek,
to and northerly generally, along the left bank of the
Waokauri Creek to the northern boundary of part Lot 3,
D.P. 55319, thence south-easterly and south-westerly along
the boundary of the inner area of the Auckland Metropolitan
Drainage District as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1971,
p. 393, to the point of commencement.
All that area in the North Auckland Land District, City of
Manukau, in Block IX, Otahuhu Survey District, bounded
by a line commencing at the westernmost corner of Lot 9,
D.P. 9282, and proceeding north-easterly along the north-
western boundary of the said Lot 9 to a point being
60.35 metres south-west of and measured at right angles
to the southwestern side of Tidal Road; thence south-
easterly generally along the boundary of the inner area of
the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage District, as described
in the Third Schedule of section 4 of the Auckland
Metropolitan Drainage Act 1960, to and southerly generally,
along the right bank of the Waokauri Creek to and north-
westerly along the southwestern boundaries of Lots 8 and 9,
D.P. 9282 to the point of commencement.
All that area in the North Auckland Land District, City of
Manukau, in Block XIII, Otahuhu Survey District, containing
28.2242 hectares, more or less, being Lots 2 and 3,
D.P. 15363, comprised in certificates of title, Volume 426,
folio 115, and Volume 368, folio 162.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, City
of Manukau, in Block XII, Titirangi Survey District, and
Block IX, Otahuhu Survey District, bounded by a line
commencing at a point being the intersection of the middle
of Montgomerie Road and the production north-easterly of
the south-eastern boundary of Lot 22, D.P. 13141, and
proceeding north-westerly generally along the middle of
Montgomerie Road to the southern side of Ascot Road;
thence south-westerly generally, southerly generally, and
easterly generally, along the boundary of the inner area of
the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage District, as described
in New Zealand Gazette, 1972, p. 486, to the point of
commencement.

THE HON. H. WATT PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Police Act 1958, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
-
Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited
as the Police Salary Order 1974.
(2) This order shall be deemed to have come into force
on the 11th day of February 1974. -
Salary of Commissioner of Police—The yearly rate of
salary of the Commissioner of Police shall be as follows:
Minimum Maximum Annual Increment
$17,027 $17,834 $807

Salary of Deputy Commissioner and Assistant Com-
missioner acting as deputy of Commissioner—The yearly
rate of salary of the Deputy Commissioner of Police, and,
in the absence of any appointment to the office of the Deputy
Commissioner of Police, the yearly rate of salary of an
Assistant Commissioner of Police acting as the deputy of
the Commissioner of Police, shall be $14,543. -
Revocation—The Police Salary Order (No. 3) 1973* is
hereby revoked.

Warrant Appointing a Conciliator Under the Industrial
Relations Act 1973
DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General
PURSUANT to section 63 of the Industrial Relations Act 1973,
I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby appoint
Michael Malcolm John Michael
to be a Conciliator for a term of 3 years on and from
the 15th day of March 1974.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General this 15th day of March 1974.

Defining the Limits of the Waverley Harbour Pilotage
District
DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General
PURSUANT to section 211 of the Harbours Act 1950, I,
Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby define the limits of the Waverley Harbour
Pilotage District, within which pilots may act for the
purposes of the aforesaid Act, to be that area described
in the Schedule hereto. The Warrant signed on 11 May
1971* is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
ALL the waters of the Tasman Sea bounded by the line
of mean high water spring tides and having as its seaward
limit the arc of a circle of 3 nautical miles radius centred
on the ironsand buoy in position latitude 39° 51' 02" S
longitude 174° 35' 52" E.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General this 2nd day of March 1974.

Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, do hereby exempt the land described in the Schedule
hereto from the operation of Part III of the said Act.

SECTION 77B, Westport Colliery Reserve situated in Block III,
Kawatiri Survey District: area, 252 square metres (10 perches),
