State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 63A (1) (a) of the Forests Act 1949,
I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described
in the Schedule hereto as State forest park and shall hereby
form part of the Coromandel State Forest Park.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT-AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY-
THAMES COUNTY
SECTION 10, Block XIII, Hastings Survey District: area,
159.9772 hectares, more or less (S.O. Plan 30352).
As shown on plan N. 44/18 deposited in the Head Office
of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 7th day of March 1974.

Amendment No. 1

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 18th day of
March 1974
Present:
THE HON. H. WATT PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Reserve Bank of New Zealand Act 1964,
and the Finance Companies (Investment) Regulations
(No. 2) 1969, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council,
hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

  1. Title—This order may be cited as the Finance Com-
    panies (Government Stock) Order 1973, Amendment No. 1,
    and shall be read together with and deemed part of the
    Finance Companies (Government Stock) Order 1973*
    (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).
  2. Minimum percentage of government stock to be held
    by finance companies—(1) Clause 3 of the principal order
    is hereby amended by omitting from paragraph (b) the
    words “and every succeeding quarter”.
    (2) Clause 3 of the principal order is hereby further
    amended by adding the following paragraph:
    “(c) On the 1st day of April 1974, and at all times during
    that quarter and every succeeding quarter, 10 per-
    cent.”

    Boundaries of Inner Area of Auckland Metropolitan Drainage
    District Altered

    ORDER IN COUNCIL
    At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 25th day
    of February 1974
    Present:
    THE HON. H. WATT PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
    PURSUANT to the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage Act 1960,
    His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with
    the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby
    makes the following order.
    ORDER
  3. This order shall come into force on 1 April 1974.
  4. The areas described in the First Schedule hereto shall
    be included in the inner area of the Auckland Metropolitan
    Drainage District.
  5. The area described in the Second Schedule hereto shall
    be excluded from the inner area of the Auckland Metropolitan
    Drainage District.
    FIRST SCHEDULE
    ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, County
    of Waitemata, in Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District,
    bounded by a line commencing at the southernmost corner
    of Lot 10, D.P. 56847; thence proceeding south-westerly along
    a right line across Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 44586; Lot 2, D.P.
    33907; part Lot 24, D.P. 1467; Lot 1, D.P. 60049; and Lot 1,
    D.P. 43647 to the easternmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 29250;
    thence along the south-eastern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P.
    29250 and Lot 1, D.P. 41584 and that boundary produced
    across part Lot 8, D.P. 7398; Lot 9, D.P. 7398 and Simpsons
    Road to the western side of that road; thence northerly
