Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying
the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall
be Utilised

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve
for recreation purposes over the land described in the
Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may
be disposed of by the Waitemata County Council at current
market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid
into the Council's reserves account, such moneys to be
used and applied in or towards the improvement of other
recreation reserves under the control of the Council, or
in or towards the purchase of other land for recreation
purposes.

FIRST SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that area in the Otago Land District, Clutha County,
containing 190 hectares, more or less, bounded by a line
commencing at the intersection of a right line bearing
45 degrees from Trig Station V, Block XI, Town of
Molyneux, with the sea coast and proceeding south-west
along that right line to the north-eastern side of Otanomomo-
Kaka Point Road; thence north-westerly along the north-
eastern side of that road to the southernmost corner of a
watercourse connecting a small lagoon with the Puerua River;
thence northerly to, and north easterly and northerly along
the eastern bank of that watercourse, to and along the right
bank of the Puerua River to the western side of the main
southern outlet common to the Puerua River and the Koau
Branch of the Clutha River; thence south-easterly along the
western bank of that outlet to the sea coast; thence south-
westerly along the sea coast to the point of commencement.
As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 4/426/1/11 deposited
in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at
Wellington and thereon edged red.

SECOND SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that area of foreshore as defined in the Harbours Act
