Should representations be made against the nomination, the Tariff and Development Board will conduct an inquiry and will notify the date
on which submissions are required and the form in which they should be lodged. Where such an inquiry results in a decision to include the
goods in Schedule A, and where the Australian Government is in agreement, such inclusion will be effected at the earliest practicable date
following receipt of the report of the Tariff and Development Board.

If no representations against inclusion in Schedule A have been received by the Board by 14 June 1974, the product will be added to the
Schedule at an agreed time subject to the agreement of the Australian Government.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for road purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by the One Tree Hill Borough Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council's reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under the control of the Council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for public reserves.
