Revocation of Appointment of the Royal New Zealand

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the
Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the
Royal New Zealand Society for the Health of Women and
Children (Christchurch Branch) Incorporated to control and
manage that part of the reserve for a site for a Plunket
clinic described in the Schedule hereto, changes the purpose
of the said land from a reserve for a site for a Plunket
clinic to a site for education (pre-school) purposes and
further appoints the Christchurch Free Kindergarten Asso-
ciation (Incorporated) to control and manage the said land.
