CANCELLATION OF THE VESTING IN THE ROXBURGH BOROUGH COUNCIL AND REVOCATION OF THE RESERVATION OVER PART OF A RESERVE

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Roxburgh and revokes the reservation over that part of the reserve for recreation purposes described in the Schedule hereto.

NAMING A RESERVE

DECLARATION THAT RESERVES FORM PART OF THE MURIWAI BEACH DOMAIN

DECLARATION THAT PARTS OF THE TE AWAMUTU DOMAIN SHALL BE RECREATION RESERVES AND VESTING IN THE WAIPA COUNTY COUNCIL

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that those parts of the Te Awamutu Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be recreation reserves subject to Part II of the said Act, and further pursuant to the said Act vests the said reserves in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waipa, in trust, for recreation purposes.

REVOCATION OF THE RESERVATION OVER A RESERVE AND SPECIFYING THE MANNER OF DISPOSAL

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for recreation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Waitemata County Council by transfer to Her Majesty the Queen as a reserve for scenic purposes under the Reserves and Domains Act 1953.

REVOCATION OF THE RESERVATION OVER A RESERVE SPECIFYING THE MANNER OF DISPOSAL AND HOW PROCEEDS OF SALE SHALL BE UTILISED

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for riverbank purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Napier City Council at current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the Council's reserves account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other public reserves under the control of the Council, or in or towards the purchase of other land for public reserves.
