Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Rotorua County Council

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Rotorua, in trust for that purpose.

Reservation of Land and Appointment to Control and Manage

Resumption of Unformed Road in Block I, Tauhoa Survey District, Rodney County

Pursuant to section 191B of the Counties Act 1956, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been transferred to the Crown by the Rodney County Council, pursuant to the said section 191B, and as from the date of this notice, the land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Hospitals Specified as Places at Which Narcotics May be Prescribed, Administered, or Supplied for the Purpose of Treating Persons Dependent on Narcotics

Pursuant to regulation 25A (6) (b) of the Narcotics Regulations 1966, the Minister of Health hereby specifies the hospitals named in the Schedule hereto as places at which narcotics may be prescribed, administered, or supplied for the purpose of treating persons dependent on narcotics.

This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of April 1974.
