Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land in Grey County


PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 21st day of February 1974.


SCHEDULE

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block I, Brunner Survey District, described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
7 3 14 Lot 1 of Section 2738.
6 2 10 Lot 2 of Section 2738.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 27419 (S.O. 2844) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 2) 1974


PURSUANT to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 2) 1974.
    (b) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

  2. Goods of the class specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the tariff item in the First Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.

  3. The exemption from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the class set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, included in the exempting notice shown in the Second Schedule, is hereby withdrawn.

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 3) 1974


PURSUANT to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 3) 1974.
    (b) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

  2. Goods of the class specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff Items in the First Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.
