itself giving a notice of review in all respects in
accordance with these conditions in relation to any
charges.
(iv) The onus of establishing an alteration in the
amount or other aspect of the charges the subject of
a notice of review shall be on the reviewing party.
(v) A notice of review shall state the amount or
the respect in which the reviewing party contends
the charges the subject of the notice of review should
be altered, shall nominate a chartered accountant to
represent the reviewing party in respect of the review
of charges as required by condition (e), shall set out
the basis of the alterations proposed by the reviewing
party in the charges concerned and shall be accompanied by (or otherwise make available) the information referred to in condition (e) .
(vi) The accountants representing the parties shall
confer on the alterations proposed and shall not
later than 21 September advise the department of
details of the agreement reached and the points of
any disagreement so as to enable the department to
give its decision on the proposed alterations not later
than 17 October.
(vii) Any alterations in charges determined upon
as a result of the giving of a notice of review as
aforesaid shall take effect from the 1 November
following the giving of the notice of review.
(viii) When a special review takes place pursuant
to condition (h) the procedure set out above shall
with the necessary amendments be followed with a
view to the alterations resulting from the review
taking effect two months after the delivery of the
special notice of review .
(ix) For the purpose of these conditions the grower
federations and the New Zealand Retail Fruiterers
Federation Inc. shall advise the other of the names
of the accountants to represent them in any review
of charges pursuant to these conditions and of any
change to such appointment.

Bylaw Regulating Heavy Motor Vehicles on the Gulliver and Donne Suspension Bridges on No. 94 State Highway (Lurnsden-Te Anau-Milford Sound)

PURSUANT to the National Roads Act 1953 and Transport
Act 1962 and all powers and authorities in any wise
enabling it in that behalf, the National Roads Board hereby
makes the following bylaw :

BYLAW

  1. This bylaw may be cited as the National Roads Board
    Bylaw 1974 No. 3.
  2. This bylaw shall come into force on the day after its
    publication in the Gazette.
  3. In this bylaw "heavy motor vehicle" has the meaning
    assigned to it in the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1969.
  4. No person shall drive or take any heavy motor vehicle
    on to the Gulliver suspension bridge or the Donne suspension
    bridge on No. 94 State Highway (Lurnsden - Te Anau - Milford
    Sound) while there is another heavy motor vehicle on that
    bridge .
  5. Every person who commits an offence against this
    bylaw is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding
    two hundred dollars ($200) .

This bylaw was made by resolution, duly passed at a
meeting of the National Roads Board held in Wellington on
the 11th day of December 1974 .

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

IT is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution
dated 11 December 1974, and pursuant to section 4 of the
Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that
part of No. 45 State Highway (New Plymouth to Hawera)
from Rahotu Road to Kina Road, Oaonui, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 3 inclusive of plan M.O.W.
36509 and accompanying schedule held in the office of the
Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, New
Plymouth, and there available for public inspection, to be a
limited access road .

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

IT is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution
dated 11 December 1974, and pursuant to section 4 of the
Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that
part of No. 6 State Highway (Blenheim to Invercargill) from
Newman Avenue, Brightwater to Birds Lane, Wakefield, as
more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 3 inclusive of plan
M.O.W. 36512 and accompanying schedule held in the office
of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Nelson, and there available for public inspection, to
be a limited access road .

part of No. 60 State Highway (Richmond to Collingwood)
from its junction with the east boundary of Lot D.P. 7827,
Block 1, Moutere S.D., to its junction with Dickers Road,
as more particularly shown on sheets 1 and 2 of plan
M.O.W. 36511 and accompanying schedule held in the office
of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Nelson, and there available for public inspection, to be
a limited access road .

and Development, Nelson, and there available for public
inspection, to be a limited access road.
