Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed and Incorporated in
Crown Lease and Land Resumed, and Incorporated in
Crown Lease in Block II, Beaumont Survey District and
Block III, Tuapeka West Survey District, Tuapeka County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule
hereto, and also hereby proclaims that the road described
in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall,
when so closed, be incorporated in deferred payment licence
No. 73, recorded in certificate of title, Volume 377, folio 172,
Otago Land Registry, held from Her Majesty the Queen by
Charles Desmond Hay, of Motueka, dental surgeon, subject
to mortgage No. 381663 and land improvement agreement
No. 414453, Otago Land Registry, and also hereby resumes
the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the
purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, and
declares that when so resumed, it shall be incorporated in
Pastoral Lease No. 171, recorded in certificate of title
Volume 386, folio 47, Otago Land Registry, held from Her
Majesty the Queen by Donald George Crawford, of Beaumont, farmer, subject to mortgage No. 393640, 393641, and
421683, Otago Land Registry.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block II, Beaumont Survey
District, and Block III, Tuapeka Survey District, described

of the Minister of Works and Development at Wellington
and thereon coloured green, edged green.

THIRD SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

Land Resumed and Incorporated in Crown Lease

ALL that piece of land containing 1 perch, situated in Block
II, Beaumont Survey District, and being part Section 10A,
Bellamy Settlement; as shown on plan M.O.W. 2034 (S.O.
12488) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works and
Development at Wellington and thereon coloured blue, edged
blue.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby

which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and
inhabitants of the County of Waipawa.

hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in

Wilson Baxter, of Eltham, public accountant, subject to
