Declaring a Sewage Easement Taken for a State Primary School Over Land in Block X, Wairio Survey District, Wallace County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the sewage easement described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a State primary school over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, from and after the 19th day of December 1974.

FIRST SCHEDULE

DESCRIPTION OF EASEMENT

AN easement in gross vesting the full and free right, liberty, and licence at all times for Her Majesty the Queen, her servants, agents, and workmen to lay, construct, and place a line of sewer drainage pipes of such size or sizes as may from time to time be reasonably required along and under the land in the Second Schedule, and to convey sewage effluent through the said pipes, together with the further right of Her Majesty\'s servants, agents, and workmen to enter upon the said land from time to time, with or without implements, tools, machinery, material, and other things for the purpose of opening up the soil and inspecting, repairing, renewing, and maintaining the said pipes in good and satisfactory order and to such extent as may be necessary and reasonable in that regard, subject to the condition that as little disturbance as possible is caused to the surface of the said land and that the surface is restored as nearly as possible to its original condition and any other damage done by reason of the aforesaid operations is repaired.

SECOND SCHEDULE

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block X, Wairio Survey District, described as follows:
