has been set apart as State forest land as from the date of publication hereof.

SECTION 40, Block XI, Mohaka Survey District: area, 1570
square metres, more or less; together with a right of way

District, coloured blue on S.O. 6263.

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land
described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for a
teacher\'s residence from and after the 19th day of December
1974.

Road Closed and Vested in the Town of Bastings and Blocks IV and XV, Crookston Survey District, Tuapeka County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development proclaims
that the road described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
closed, and shall, when so closed, vest in Mervyn John
Kinaston, of Roxburgh, farmer; subject to memoranda of
mortgage No. 228780, 301932, and 367543, Otago Land
Registry.

Road Closed in Block III, Town of Hyde, Maniototo County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto
and declares that the closed road shall be dealt with as
Crown land under the Land Act 1948.
