Declaring Land Taken for Railway Purposes at Palmerston North and Assenting to an Easement Over Part of That Land

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for railway purposes; and pursuant to section 97 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby assents to a right of way being granted over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto appurtenant to the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, pursuant to the terms of the agreement dated 15 October 1973.

FIRST SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—PALMERSTON NORTH CITY

ALL those pieces of land described as follows:

Situated in Block X, Kairanga Survey District.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 27636 (S.O. 30087) deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways, and thereon marked as above mentioned.
