Declaring Land Taken for a Technical Institute in the City of Dunedin

–

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the right of way created by transfer 84704, Otago Land Registry, for a technical institute from and after the 14th day of February 1974.

All that piece of land containing 15.19 perches, situated in the City of Dunedin, being part Lot 3, D.P. 42, and being also parts of Sections 28 and 29, Block XIII, Town of Dunedin. All certificate of title, Volume 202, folio 249.
