Declaring Land Taken for a Limited Access Road and the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Limited Access Road in Block VII, Waitemata Survey District, Waitemata County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a limited access road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience or enjoyment of a limited access road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitemata, from and after the 14th day of February 1974.
