PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for
street from and after the 14th day of February 1974.

ALL that piece of land containing 12 square metres, situated

Import Control Temporary Restriction Notice (No. 1), 1974

PURSUANT to section 10E of the Tariff and Development
Board Act 1961, and to the provisions of the Import Control
Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby
gives notice as follows:

1. (i) This notice may be cited as the Import Control
   Temporary Restriction Notice (No. 1), 1974.
   (ii) This notice shall come into force on the 15th day
   of March 1974.

2. Until the expiry of this notice pursuant to section 10E
   of the Tariff and Development Board Act 1961, or its earlier
   revocation, the item

Ex 90 16.009 Rulers, the f.o.b. value of which exceeds $6 per
gross but does not exceed $10.50 per gross
in the First Schedule to the Import Control Exemption Notice
(No. 1), 1972 is hereby suspended.

3. This restriction notice does not apply to these goods
   when imported from and being the manufacture of Australia.
