A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Vincent as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of February 1974.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Southland Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

PURSUANT to the Electricity Distribution Commission Act 1967, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
-
This order may be cited as the Constitution of the Rotorua Area Electricity Authority Order Amendment No. 1, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Constitution of the Rotorua Area Electricity Authority Order 1972 (hereinafter referred to as βthe principal orderβ).
-
The principal order is amended as follows:
(a) by excluding from the land, firstly described in First Schedule thereto, all that area in the South Auckland Land District, County of Taupo, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the middle line of the Waikato River with the Southern boundary of Block V, Takapau Survey District, and proceeding generally south-westerly up the middle of that river to its intersection with the eastern boundary of Block XII, Tatua Survey District; thence northerly along that eastern boundary and easterly along the southern boundary of Block V, Takapau Survey District, to the point of commencement more particularly outlined red on the plan marked NZED 895 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington;
