ment of a Road in Blocks VI, VII and VIII, Whaingaroa
Survey District, Raglan County

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward
Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
First Schedule is hereby taken for road and the land described
in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use,
convenience or enjoyment of a road and shall vest in the
Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of
Raglan as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 14th day of February 1974.
