SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far
as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st
day of December 1974.
(3) The annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be ten
cents (10c) payable on demand; provided always that the
Minister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the
first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

Revoking the Foreshore Licence Authorising Carter Merchants
(Maramarua) Limited to Occupy a Site for a Bridge at
Okuru River
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter Edward Muers
of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated
by the Minister of Transport hereby give notice that the
licence of 11 January 1973*, authorising Carter Merchants
(Maramarua) Limited to occupy a site for a bridge over the
Okuru River, is hereby revoked.

Licensing Ralph Crespinel Charles to Occupy a Site for a
Jetty in the Te Mata Stream
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter
Edward Muers of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of
powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license
and permit Ralph Crespinel Charles (hereinafter called the
licensee, which term shall include his administrators, executors
or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction)
to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the
Te Mata Stream as shown on plan marked M.D. 15421 and
deposited in the office of the Minister of Transport at
Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a jetty as
shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed
by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions
set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE

Amending the Foreshore Licence Authorising Neville Patrick
John Skeggs to Occupy a Site for a Slipway in Mullet Bay,
Southland
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter Edward Muers
of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated
by the Minister of Transport, hereby give notice that the
licence of 20 February 1967* authorising George Matthew
Baker to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of
Mullet Bay, Southland, for the purpose of maintaining thereon
a slipway and assigned to Neville Patrick John Skeggs on 18
January 1973† is hereby amended by inserting the symbols
"and M.D. 15420" after the symbols "M.D. 12499" and
deleting the word "plan" and substituting the word "plans".

The Road Classification (National Roads Board) Notice No. 3,
1974
PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle
Regulations 1969* the Secretary for Transport hereby gives
the following notice.
NOTICE
-
This notice may be cited as the Road Classification
(National Roads Board) Notice No. 3, 1974. -
It is hereby declared, as required by the National Roads
Board, that the State Highway as set out in the Schedule
hereto shall belong to the class set out in the said Schedule. -
So much of the notice dated the 8th day of June 1965*†
which relates to the classification of the road described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

NATIONAL ROADS BOARD—ROAD CLASSIFIED IN CLASS ONE
STATE Highway 82 (Deep Creek Kurow) from Waimate to

Environmental Impact Report Notified—Ngataringa Bay
Development
THE Commission for the Environment gives notice that it
has received an environmental impact report on the proposed
Ngataringa Bay Development near Devonport. Representations in writing on the environmental aspects of the project,
as it is explained in the report, will be received at the office
of the Commission, P.O. Box 12-042, Wellington, until Friday,
17 January 1975.
Copies of the report may be purchased from Robbins
Holdings Limited, 272 Parnell Road, Auckland, and may be
seen at public libraries in Devonport, Takapuna, Auckland,
Wellington, Christchurch, and Dunedin, the Hocken Library,
and the libraries of the 7 university institutions.
