Declaring Air Space Above and Subsoil Below Land Taken for a Service Lane in the City of Takapuna

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,
a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the surface of the land described in the Schedule hereto
together with all that portion of air space as is situated
in a vertical plane above the said surface to a horizontal
plane of 14 ft and all that portion of subsoil to a depth
of 2 ft below the said surface in horizontal plane, is hereby
taken for a service lane and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Takapuna from and after
the 5th day of December 1974.
