PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall when so closed, vest in Anthony Robert Taylor, of Manurewa, medical practitioner, subject to memorandum of mortgage No. S. 585777, South Auckland Land Registry.

Declaring Land Taken, Subject to Sewage Easement in Gross Over Part and Fencing Covenants, for State Housing Purposes, in the City of Napier

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby taken subject to the sewage easement created by transfer 305237.1, and subject to the fencing covenant contained in transfer 305237.2; and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby taken subject to the fencing covenant contained in transfer 305239.2; and the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, is hereby taken subject to the sewage easement created by transfer 305239.4, and subject to the fencing covenant contained in transfer 305239.2, Hawke's Bay Land Registry, for State housing purposes from and after the 5th day of December 1974.
