Declaring Land Taken for a Limited Access Road and For the Use, Convenience or Enjoyment of a Limited Access Road in Blocks VI and VII, Patetere North Survey District, Matamata County
PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,
sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for a limited access road and the land described in
the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use,
convenience, or enjoyment of a limited access road from
and after the 5th day of December 1974.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928,
the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,
sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and
Citizens of the City of Christchurch from and after
the 5th day of December 1974.

Amending a Declaration Taking Land for a Service Lane in the City of Takapuna
PURSUANT to section 3304 of the Public Works Act 1928,
the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the
declaration dated the 29th day of April 1974 and published
in Gazette, 9 May 1974, No. 46, at page 943, registered under
No. 300181, North Auckland Land Registry, taking land for
a service lane in the City of Takapuna by deleting all reference to the pieces of land secondly and thirdly described in
the Schedule thereto.

as to the land tenthly described in the Schedule hereto to
the sewage easement created by transfer 306129.22, Hawke's
Bay Land Registry, as from the 5th day of December 1974.
