Crown Land Set Apart as State Forest Land
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, notice is
hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto
has been set apart as State forest land as from the date of
publication hereof.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY—
BAY OF ISLANDS COUNTY
SECTIONS 13 and 15, situated in Block VI, Russell Survey
District: total area, 151.6500 hectares, more or less (S.O.

As shown on plan N16/6 deposited in the Head Office
of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington.

PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953,

- This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development
Notice Wanganui 1974, No. 6. - The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is
hereby revoked. - The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act

Licensing Mount Cook and Southern Lakes Tourist Company
Ltd. to Occupy a Site for a Ramp at Port Fitzroy, Great
Barrier Island
PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Peter
Edward Muers of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of
powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby license
and permit Mount Cook and Southern Lakes Tourist Com-
pany Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall
include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a
different construction) to use and occupy part of the foreshore
and bed of the sea at Port Fitzroy, Great Barrier Island, as
shown on plan marked M.D. 15382 and deposited in the
office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington, for the
purpose of maintaining thereon a ramp as shown on the said
plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee
upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the
schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regu-
lations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so
far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st
day of November 1974.

(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be twenty
dollars ($20) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee
shall be twenty dollars ($20); provided always that the Min-
ister may review the annual sum payable at the end of the
first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

Environmental Impact Report Notified—Refiner Groundwood
Pulp Mill, Nelson
THE Commission for the Environment gives notice that it
has received an environmental impact report on the proposed
establishment of a refiner groundwood pulp mill for H.
Baigent and Sons Ltd., at Nelson. Representations in writing
on the environmental aspects of the project as it is explained
in the report will be received at the Office of the Commission,
P.O. Box 12-042, Wellington, until Friday, 6 December 1974.
Copies of the report may be purchased from the Project
Manager, H. Baigent and Sons Ltd., P.O. Box 44, Nelson,
and may be seen in the Public Libraries at Nelson, Blenheim,
Motueka, Richmond, Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, and
Dunedin; the Hocken Library and the libraries of the seven
university institutions.

National Roads Board—Notice Declaring State Highway to
be a Limited Access Road
It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution
dated 16 October 1974 and pursuant to section 4 of the
Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that
part of No. 1 State Highway (Awanui to Bluff) for a
distance of 30 feet commencing at the northern boundary
of Lot 2, D.P. 21648 (C.T. 10B/724), and fronting the said
Lot 2 and Lot 1, D.P. 32122 (C.T. 10B/723), as more
particularly shown on plan M.O.W. 36390 and accompanying
schedule held in the office of the Resident Engineer,
Ministry of Works and Development, Porirua, and there
available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

dated 16 October 1974 and pursuant to section (4) of the
Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that
part of No. 1 State Highway (Awanui to Bluff) from the
Putaruru Rail Overbridge to the Ngutuwera Stream as more
particularly shown on Sheets 1 to 9 of plan M.O.W. 36413
and accompanying schedule held in the office of the Resident
Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Tauranga,
and there available for public inspection, to be a limited
access road.
