A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Tauranga as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of February 1974.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby amend the Proclamation dated the 7th day of July 1941, and published in Gazette, 10 July 1941, No. 58, at p. 2095, taking land for road in Blocks III and IV, Mahanga Survey District, Wairoa County, by omitting from the Schedule the areas of land containing 3 roods and 12.1 perches, 1 rood and 32.4 perches, and 1 acre 2 roods 14.6 perches, fifthly, sixthly, and seventhly described therein and substituting the land described in the Schedule hereto.
