CORRIGENDUM

IN the Proclamation, dated the 17th day of December 1973,
and published in Gazette, 24 January 1974, No. 3, page 110,
declaring that the course of the Maketu Stream in Block VIII,
Drury Survey District, Franklin County, shall be altered or
diverted, pursuant to section 207 of the Public Works Act
1928, for “plan M.O.W. 27344” referred to in the Schedule
read “plan M.O.W. 27334” which appears in the original
Proclamation signed by His Excellency the Governor-General
and for the Minister of Works and Development.

1928, for “plan M.O.W. 27344” referred to in the said
Gazette, read “plan M.O.W. 27334” which appears in the
original declaration signed for the Minister of Works and
Development.

Land Taken for Road in Block XVI, Tairua Survey District,
Thames County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis
Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman,
Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Thames
as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
7th day of February 1974.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XVI, Tairua
Survey District, described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 0 3.2 Part Lot 2, D.P.S. 758; coloured blue on plan.
0 0 3.1 Part Lot 3, D.P.S. 758; coloured yellow on plan.
0 0 3 Part Lot 4, D.P.S. 758; coloured blue on plan.

As shown on plan M.O.W. 27093 (S.O. 46804) deposited
in the office of the Minister of Works and Development at
Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 17th day of January 1974.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward

hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in
the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County
of Raglan as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 7th day of February 1974.

mentioned and deposited in the office of the Minister of
Works and Development at Wellington.
