A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Otago Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

Alteration of Boundaries of Auckland Transport District

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Auckland Transport Board Act 1928, and with the approval of the Minister of Transport, the Waitemata County Council, the Helensville Borough, the Henderson Borough Council, the Glen Eden Borough Council and the New Lynn Borough Council, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the boundaries of the Auckland Transport District are altered by including therein the local districts or parts of local districts described in the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on the date of its notification in the Gazette.

SCHEDULE

The district comprising the Borough of Glen Eden.

The district comprising the Borough of Henderson.

The district comprising the Borough of Helensville.

The part of the district in the Borough of New Lynn bounded by the Great North Road from the Whau Bridge to Titirangi Road, Titirangi Road south to the railway line, the railway line west to Fruitvale Road, Fruitvale Road south-west to the Borough boundary, the Borough boundary generally to the north and east back to the Whau Bridge.

The part of the district comprising those portions of the County of Waitemata which are not already within the Auckland Transport District.
