Declaring Land Taken for Maori Housing Purposes in the City of Gisborne

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes from and after the 24th day of October 1974.

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the building-line restriction contained in K. 70568, Proclamation 13576, defining the middle line of a railway and the agreement as to fencing contained in transfer 652958 for buildings of the General Government from and after the 24th day of October 1974.

Amending a Declaration Taking Land Subject to Certain Rights for Buildings of the General Government in the City of Auckland

Pursuant to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the notice dated the 28th day of September 1973, published in Gazette, 11 October 1973, No. 95, on page 1955, declaring land taken subject to certain rights, for buildings of the General Government in the City of Auckland, by omitting the Schedule and substituting the following Schedule.
