Declaring Land Taken, Subject to Sewage Easements in Gross Over Part, and a Fencing Covenant, for State Housing Purposes in the City of Napier

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to a sewage easement created by transfer 294218; and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby taken subject to sewage easements created by transfers 294217 and 294218, and subject to the fencing covenant contained in transfer 294219, Hawke's Bay Land Registry, for State housing purposes from and after the 24th day of October 1974.

Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Taken for State Housing Purposes in the Borough of Masterton

Pursuant to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the Declaration dated the 27th day of August 1974, published in Gazette, 12 September 1974, No. 89, page 1916, declaring land taken for State housing purposes in the Borough of Masterton by deleting the words “Borough of Masterton” where they appear in the heading of the said Declaration and substituting the words “Borough of Carterton”.
