Road Closed and Vested and Road Closed and Incorporated
in an Adjoining Crown Lease in Block IX, Maungaharuru
Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims that, the road described in the First, Second, Third,
and Fourth Schedules hereto is hereby closed; and also
hereby declares that the road described in the First Schedule
hereto shall when so closed vest in Peter David King, of
Te Pohue, farmer, subject to mortgages No. 190094 and
266158, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry; also hereby declares that
the road described in the Second Schedule hereto shall when
so closed vest in Robert Holt and Sons Limited, at Napier,
subject to mortgage No. 248818, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry;
also hereby declares that the road described in the Third
Schedule hereto shall when so closed vest in Peter Charles
Olsen, of Te Pohue, farmer, subject to mortgages No. 193235,
209591, and 277780, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry; and also
hereby declares that the road described in the Fourth Schedule
hereto shall when so closed be incorporated in Crown lease
R.L. No. 215 recorded in register book, Volume 98, folio 9,
Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, held from Her Majesty the
Queen by Peter David King of Te Pohue, farmer, subject
to mortgages No. 117671, 190094, and 266158, Hawke’s Bay
Land Registry.

of Napier

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,
a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
