Maori Land Development Notice
WHEREAS by virtue of the notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto the land described in that notice was declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas by reason of a change in appellation of the land following survey it is considered necessary to replace the notice aforesaid;
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.

Notice Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas Under Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 936 Ag. 61422)
PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:
(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—an area of 30 acres 1 rood 15.7 perches, more or less, situated at Blake's Road, north of the junction with Puke-Hilltop Road, Pukekohe, being pt. D.P. 10895, Allotments 208 and 209 and pt. Allotment 207, Suburban Sec. 2, Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 1131/189 (Auckland Registry).
(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in paragraph (a) above being—
(i) An area of 10 acres, more or less, situated at Kitchener Road East, north of the junction with Tuakau Road, Pukekohe, being Allotment 2 of Suburban Sec. 2, of the Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 591/154 (Auckland Registry).
(ii) An area of 20 acres, more or less, situated east and south of the junction of Kitchener Road and Puni Road, Pukekohe, being Allotments 66 and 82 of Suburban Sec. 2, of the Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 756/208 (Auckland Registry).
(iii) An area of 10 acres, more or less, situated at Hoddinoti Road, north of the junction with Blake’s Road, Pukekohe, being Lot 80 of Sec. 2, of the Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 63/30 (Auckland Registry).
(iv) An area of 10 acres, more or less, situated between Hoddinoti Road and Kitchener Road, Pukekohe, being Lot 81 of Sec. 2, of the Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 63/31 (Auckland Registry).
(v) An area of 66 acres 1 rood 18 perches, more or less, situated west of the junction of Gearon Road and Quinn Road, Glenbrook, being Lot 1 (one) on D.P. 17666, being pt. Allotment 110, Parish of Waiuku East, and being part of the land contained in deferred payments licence, Volume 956, folio 254 (Auckland Registry).

Division of Kurow Pest Destruction District into Wards (Notice No. 933 Ag. 20891A)
PURSUANT to section 21 of the Agricultural Pests Destruction Act 1967, the Kurow Pest Destruction Board hereby gives notice that the Kurow Pest Destruction District which was constituted by Order in Council on the 25th day of March 1974* is hereby divided into wards, the names and boundaries of which are specified in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
BOUNDARIES OF THE WAITAKI WARD
ALL that area in the Otago Land District containing approximately 104,000 acres, more or less, and being parts of Otamatakau, Kurow, and Mount Buster Survey Districts, bounded as follows: commencing at the south-western corner of Run 243E; thence north-easterly down the centre of the west branch of the Otematata River (Clear Stream) to its confluence with the east branch; thence generally north-easterly down the centre of the Otematata River to its confluence with the Waitaki River; thence generally south-easterly down the centre of the main stream of the Waitaki River to the confluence of the Awakino River; thence south-westerly up the centre of the Awakino River to the northern boundary of Run 2 of 23, Kurow Survey District; thence south-westerly along the north-western boundary of Run 2 of 23 to its westernmost corner; thence north-westerly along the south-western boundary of Run 3 of 23 and south-westerly along the south-eastern boundary of Run 362B and Hut Stream to the east branch of the Otematata River; thence northerly down the centre of the east branch of the Otematata River to the southern boundary of Run 243E; thence westerly along the southern boundary of Run 243E to the point of commencement.
