NOTICE

COAL lease dated 8 December 1961, in the name of Her
Majesty the Queen, for the purposes of Part III of the
Coal Mines Act 1925, registered in the office of the Com-
missioner of Crown Lands, Invercargill, over an area of
land containing 43 acres 3 roods 23 perches (17.7657 hectares)
more or less, 8.6249 hectares of which were surrendered
by Gazette notice, dated 1967, page 1563, is hereby fully
surrendered.

Member of the Board of Examiners Under the Coal Mines
Act 1925

PURSUANT to section 43 of the Coal Mines Act 1925, Richard
Patrick Suggate, Director of Geological Survey, Department

Board of Examiners under that Act with effect from 7 August
1974.

Consenting to Raising of Loans by Certain Local Authorities

PURSUANT to section 3 of the Local Authorities Loans Act
1956 (as amended by section 3 (1) of the Local Authorities
Loans Amendment Act 1967), the undersigned Assistant
Secretary to the Treasury, acting under powers delegated to

ing resolution:

That the opening hours for the Rugby Park and Colling-
wood Bottle Stores be changed to the following;

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953,
the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto,
is hereby set apart as a Maori Reservation, for the purpose
of a burial ground or "Urupa", for the common use and
benefit of the members of the Ngati Waenganui sub-tribe.
