At the Government House at Wellington this 10th day of December 1973
Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

1. (a) This order may be cited as the Maniototo County Hydatids Control District Order 1973.
   (b) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

2. The area comprising the County of Maniototo as from time to time constituted is hereby declared to be a hydatids control district to be called the Maniototo County Hydatids Control District.

3. The Maniototo County Council is hereby appointed the hydatids control authority for the Maniototo County Hydatids Control District.

   (b) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

2. The area comprising the County of Otorohanga as from time to time constituted is hereby declared to form a hydatids control district to be called the Otorohanga County Hydatids Control District.

3. The Otorohanga County Council is hereby appointed the hydatids control authority for the Otorohanga County Hydatids Control District.

Pursuant to section 175 (3) of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises the Northland Harbour Board to reclaim from the Whangarei Harbour areas of 4 acres 1 rood 23.4 perches, and 8 acres 3 roods 28 perches, more or less, of endowment land as shown hatched black on plan No. M.D. 15026 and coloured blue on plan No. M.D. 15025, respectively and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Wellington.
