A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a limited access road, and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of August 1973.


SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block II, Aongatete Survey District, described as follows:

0 0 21.8 Part Allotment 57, Te Mania Parish; coloured blue on plan.

Portion of Land Held in Connection with Street in the City of Lower Hutt Set Apart for the Purposes of a Service Lane

A PROCLAMATION

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was taken in connection with street and vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Lower Hutt by a declaration dated the 28th day of August 1968 and published in Gazette, 3 October 1968, Vol. III, at page 1704.

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1952, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the said land is hereby set apart as from the 6th day of August 1973 for the purposes of a service lane.


SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1.5 perches situated in Block IX, Belmont Survey District, City of Lower Hutt, and being part Lot 122, D.P. 1534, and being part Section 32, Hutt District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 26216 (S.O. 27944) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the access ways described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waimairi and be under the control and management of the Waimairi County Council.
