A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for harbour works and shall vest in the Northland Harbour Board, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of August 1973.

ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods situated in Block XIV, Opuawhanga Survey District, North Auckland R.D., being part Lot 2, D.P. 42662; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 27080 (S.O. 47274) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia, edged sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 10th day of July 1973.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 14th day of April 1972 and published in Gazette, 20 April 1972, Vol. I, p. 873, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Hamilton as No. S. 555736, in so far as it affects the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of a portion of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway shall be that defined and set forth in the Second Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the lands situated within the limits of the area shown coloured red on the plan marked M.O.W. 27206 (S.O. 47008, two sheets), referred to in the said Second Schedule.
