The Traffic (Waikato County) Notice No. 1, 1973
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waikato County) Notice No. 1, 1973.
  2. The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
  3. The Traffic (Waikato County) Notice No. 3, 1968* dated the 17th day of June 1968 under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, which relates to Waikato County, is hereby revoked.

SITUATED within Waikato County at Rangiriri:

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Waverley Town District) Notice No. 1, 1973.
  2. The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
  3. The notice dated the 20th day of December 1937† which relates to Waverley Town District is hereby revoked.

  1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Taieri County) Notice No. 1, 1973.
  2. The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956.

The Napier High School Board of Governors Notice 1973

PURSUANT to section 50 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Napier High School Board of Governors Notice 1973.
    (2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of June 1973.
  2. The constitution of the Napier High School Board of Governors is hereby varied so that the Board shall, after the commencement of this notice, be constituted as follows:
    (a) Two members elected by the parents of the pupils attending the Napier Boys' High School;
    (b) Two members elected by the parents of the pupils attending the Napier Girls' High School, of whom at least one shall be a woman;
    (c) Two members elected by the parents of the pupils attending the Colenso High School;
    (d) Two members elected by the parents of the pupils attending the Taradale High School;
    (e) One member elected by the parents of the pupils attending Tamatea High School;
