Consent to the Distribution of New Therapeutic Drugs

Pursuant to section 12 of the Food and Drug Act 1969, the Minister of Health hereby consents to the distribution in New Zealand of the new therapeutic drugs set out in the Schedule hereto.

Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

Pursuant to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, notice is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been set apart as permanent State forest land as from the date of publication hereof.

Pursuant to subclause (6) of regulation 3 of the Motor Vehicle Registration and Licensing Regulations 1965, the Minister of Transport hereby declares the following company to be an approved vendor of motor vehicles for the purpose of subclauses (3) and (4) of that regulation:

The Traffic (Matamata Borough and County) Notice No. 1, 1973

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Matamata Borough and County) Notice No. 1, 1973.
  2. The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
  3. The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
  4. The roads specified in the Third Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be limited speed zones for the purposes of regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956.
  5. The roads specified in the Fourth Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 40-miles-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956.
  6. The Traffic (Matamata Borough) Notice No. 1, 1972, dated the 12th day of December 1972* under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, and the Traffic Notice dated 2nd day of September 1965† under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1953, are hereby revoked.

Retention of the Title of "Honourable"

It is hereby notified for general information that the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs has advised by telegram No. 1, dated 30 January 1973, that the Queen has been pleased to approve the retention of the title "Honourable" by:
