Notice of Intention to Take an Interest in Land at Otahuhu for Railway Purposes

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the pro-
visions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain
public work, namely, to proclaim as street the land described
in the First Schedule hereto. This land is subject to statutory
rights under the provisions of section 168, Land Transfer Act
1952, appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule
hereto and other land.

Notice is hereby further given that it is intended to take
for such public work the interest of the mortgagees, Mary
Kathleen Kiely and Desmond Kiely, in mortgage 371508,
registered on the certificate of title for the land in the said
Second Schedule.

Notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land to
be proclaimed street is deposited in the post office at Otahuhu
and is there open for inspection, and that all persons affected
by the execution of the said public work, should, if they have
any objection to the taking of the said interest, set forth the
same in writing and send the written objection within 40 days
of the first publication of the notice to the Minister of Rail-
ways at Wellington, and that, if any objection is made in
accordance with this notice, a public hearing will be held,
unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector
will be advised of the time and place of hearing.


FIRST SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—OTAHUHU BOROUGH

ALL that piece of land described as follows:

A. R. P. Railway land being

comprised and described in C.T. 397/57, known
as Awa Road.

Situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District.

As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked L.O. 25820 (S.O. 47499) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured
yellow.


SECOND SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—OTAHUHU BOROUGH

ALL that piece of land described as follows:

A. R. P. Being

0 1 0 Lot 21, D.P. 8097, being the land comprised and
described in C.T. 256/28, situated at No. 70,
Walmsley Road, Otahuhu.

Notice of Intention to Take Statutory Rights of Way Over Land in Otahuhu for Railway Purposes

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the pro-

the said interests, set forth the same in writing and send

blue.

Price Order No. 2210 (Florida Oranges)

PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, I, Clifford Ernest
Beard, pursuant to a delegation from the Secretary of Trade
and Industry acting under a delegation from the Price Tribunal,
hereby make the following price order:

  1. This order may be cited as Price Order No. 2210, and shall
    come into force on the 9th day of February 1973.

  2. (1) Price Order No. 2104* is hereby revoked.

(2) The revocation of the said order shall not affect the
liability of any person for any offence in relation thereto com-
mitted before the coming into force of this order.
