Declaring Land Taken for Street in the City of Hastings

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Hastings from and after the 12th day of February 1973.

Revocation of Notice Prohibiting Registered Medical Practitioner From Dealing in or Issuing Prescriptions for Narcotics
