Declaring Land Taken, Subject to a Building-line Restriction,
for the Generation of Electricity in Block XIV, Waitemata
Survey District, Waitemata County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the building-
line restriction imposed by resolution A. 563526, North
Auckland Land Registry, for the generation of electricity
from and after the 12th day of February 1973.
