Notice of Final Meeting
NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Messrs Graham and Dobson, Chartered Accountants, 64 Lowe Street, Gisborne, on Friday, 3 August 1973, at 11 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanations thereof by the liquidators.
And further, to consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as an extraordinary resolution, namely:
“That the books and records of the company be retained for 5 years from the date of this meeting and then destroyed.”

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of WALLACE ENGINEERING CO. LTD.:
NOTICE is hereby given that by an entry in its minute book, signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, the above-named company on the 17th day of July 1973 passed a resolution for voluntary winding up, and that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held in the Otago Employers Association Conference Room, Lower Stuart Street, Dunedin, on Friday, the 27th day of July 1973, at 11 o’clock in the morning.
Business:
Consideration of a statement of the position of the company’s affairs and list of creditors, etc.

“That by reason of the directors requiring the company to be voluntarily wound up that such a winding up be commenced forthwith, and that Mr Alfred T. Ashley be appointed liquidator of the company.”
