NOTICE is hereby given that by a duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on 13 July 1973, the following extraordinary resolution was passed by the company, namely:
(a) “That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.
(b) “That Keith Samuel Crawshaw, company manager, of Auckland, be and is hereby nominated as liquidator of the company.”

NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of the shareholders of the above-named company held at Upper Hutt on Thursday, the 12th day of July 1973, the following special resolution was passed:
“That the company having now carried out the purpose for which it was formed it is now advisable to wind the company up and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily and Mr John Aspinall McCulloch, chartered accountant, of Upper Hutt, be appointed liquidator for the purpose of winding up the company.”
