Declaring Land in Canterbury Land District, Vested in the Canterbury Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Canterbury Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

PURSUANT to section 15 of the Selwyn Plantation Board Act 1953, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the reservation for plantation purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

At the Government House at Wellington this 2nd day of July 1973

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

1. (a) This order may be cited as the Rangitikei Hydatids Control District Order 1973.
   (b) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

2. The areas comprising the County of Rangitikei, the Boroughs of Taihape and Marton, and the Town District of Hunterville, as from time to time constituted, are hereby declared to be united to form a hydatids control district to be called the Rangitikei Hydatids Control District.

3. The Rangitikei County Council is hereby appointed the Hydatids Control Authority for the Rangitikei Hydatids Control District.

PURSUANT to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

1. (a) This order may be cited as the Waitomo Hydatids Control District Order 1973.
   (b) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

2. The areas comprising the County of Waitomo and the Borough of Te Kuiti, as from time to time constituted, are hereby declared to be united to form a hydatids control district to be called the Waitomo Hydatids Control District.

3. The Waitomo County Council is hereby appointed the Hydatids Control Authority for the Waitomo Hydatids Control District.

4. The Waitomo County Hydatids Control District Order 1973* is hereby revoked.
