Land Taken for Road in Block IX, Tangihua Survey District, Whangarei County DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Whangarei, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of July 1973.

SCHEDULE NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IX, Tangihua Survey District, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:
A. R. P. Being 0 0 11.5 Part Allotment 2, Parish of Mangapai; coloured blue on plan. 0 0 6.8 Part Allotment 2, Parish of Mangapai; coloured sepia on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 27100 (S.O. 47369) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned. Declaring Land in the Wellington Land District, Vested in the Wellington Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Wellington Education Board as a site
for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof. SCHEDULE WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—PAHIATUA COUNTY SECTION 34, Town of Ngaturi, situated in Block VIII, Makuri Survey District: area, 1.1204 hectares, more or less (S.O. 12955). Declaring Land in the Taranaki Land District, Vested in the Taranaki Education Board as a Site for a School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen DENIS BLUNDELL, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Taranaki Education Board as a site for a school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof. SCHEDULE TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT—TAUMARUNUI COUNTY LOTS 2 and 3, D.P. 4282, being part Sections 2 and 3, Block III, Ohura Survey District, containing 9350 square metres, more or less, and being all the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 107, folio 82, Taranaki Registry.
