All the area at Ardmore consisting of the area of land formerly occupied by the School of Engineering, University of Auckland, and the area occupied by the Ardmore Teachers College.
At Bucklands Beach and Eastern Beach:
All that area at Bucklands Beach and Eastern Beach bounded by a line commencing at the point where the northern boundary of Howick Borough meets the shore of the Hauraki Gulf; thence south-westerly generally along that boundary to the south-western side of Cherry Road; thence north-westerly generally along the said side of Cherry Road to a point opposite the southern end of Minaret Drive; thence across Cherry Road at right angles from its south-western side to its north-eastern side; thence northerly generally by a right line to a point on the northern side of Gills Road at its junction with Bucklands Beach Road; thence northerly generally along the eastern side of Bucklands Beach Road to a point 3 chains measured southerly generally along the said road from Richard Avenue; thence across Bucklands Beach Road at right angles from its eastern side to its western side; thence south-westerly generally by a right line to the eastern end of Half Moon Rise; thence westerly generally along the southern side of Half Moon Rise to the western side of Pigeon Mountain Road; thence northerly generally along the said side of Pigeon Mountain Road to the shore of Tamaki Estuary; thence northerly generally along the shore of the said estuary and south-easterly generally along the shore of the Hauraki Gulf to the commencing point.
At Beachlands:
All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point on the northern side of Beachlands Road, 5 chains measured south-easterly generally along the said roadside from Shelly Bay Road; thence north-easterly generally by a right line across the eastern end of Third View Avenue to the shore of the Hauraki Gulf; thence westerly generally along the said shore line to a point opposite the southern end of Puriri Road; thence by a right line to the southern end of Puriri Road; thence by a right line south-easterly generally to the western end of Karaka Road; thence south-easterly generally along the southern side of Karaka Road to its eastern end; thence northerly generally by a right line to the commencing point.
At Clevedon:
Clevedon-Kawakawa Road (from Papakura-Clevedon Road to the entrance to the Clevedon Public School).
Papakura-Clevedon Road (from Hyde Road to North Road).
East Road (from Papakura-Clevedon Road to Hyde Road). Hyde Road.
North Road (from Clevedon-Kawakawa Road to a point 18 chains measured northerly generally along North Road from Thorps Quarry Road).
Adjacent to Howick Borough:
All that area bounded by a line commencing at a point on the eastern side of Botany Road at the southern boundary of Howick Borough; thence southerly generally along the said side of Botany Road for a distance of 40 chains; thence due east by a right line to the western side of Whitford Road; thence northerly generally along the said side of Whitford Road to the southern boundary of Howick Borough; thence westerly generally along the said boundary to the commencing point.
At Kawakawa Bay:
Clevedon - Kawakawa Bay Road (from Kawakawa Bay). (Orere Road to a point 12 chains measured south-westerly generally along Clevedon - Kawakawa Bay Road from Kawakawa Bay - Orere Road.)
Kawakawa Bay Coast Road (from Kawakawa Bay - Orere Road to a point 4 chains measured north-easterly generally along Kawakawa Bay Coast Road from Karaka Road).
Kawakawa Bay - Orere Road (from Clevedon - Kawakawa Bay Road to Bertram Road).
At Mangere, Mangere Bridge, Mangere East, and Favona:
All the area at Mangere, Mangere Bridge, Mangere East, and Favona, except that portion of Favona Road described in the Second Schedule hereto, bounded by a line commencing at the point where the south-western boundary of Otahuhu Borough meets the north-western boundary of Papatoetoe City; thence south-westerly generally along the north-western boundary of Papatoetoe City and along the south-western side of Portage Road to a point opposite the south-western side of Henwood Road where it meets Portage Road; thence
