of Pakuranga Road at the south-eastern end of the Panmure
Bridge; thence southerly generally along the eastern bank
of the Tamaki River to the northern bank of the Pakuranga
Creek; thence easterly generally along the northern bank
of the said creek to the south-western side of Cascades
Road; thence across Cascades Road at right angles from
its south-western side to its north-eastern side; thence north-
