Reappointment Notice of a Member of the National Hydatids

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Hydatids Act 1968, His
Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to
reappoint

Alan David Talbot (on the nomination of the New Zealand
Counties Association (Incorporated)

to be a member of the National Hydatids Council for a
term of 3 years expiring on 9 December 1975.

New Zealand Broadcasting Corporation Appointments

PURSUANT to section 3 of the New Zealand Broadcasting
Corporation Act 1961, the Governor-General has been pleased
to appoint

Patrick James Downey, barrister and solicitor, of Wellington,
as a member of the New Zealand Broadcasting Corporation
Board for 3 years from 29 January 1973; and

Ruth Black, medical practitioner, of Auckland; and
John Clarke, farmer, of Clinton,
as members of the New Zealand Broadcasting Corporation
Board for 3 years from 1 April 1973.
